Emmaus Graders
This ministry is based around grading and providing biblical feedback on the Emmaus course that is taken by approximately 1500 inmates in Florida that we work with on a regular basis. They mail in answer sheets from the chapter they've worked on, and our volunteers respond with answers, insight and prayer.

Prisoners of Christ - Monthly Meal Preparation
Volunteers and staff get together to cook for the Prisoners of Christ Mentorship and Re-Entry Program. This happens the second Monday of every month in the evening at Christ's Church in the Mandarin Room Kitchens.

On the 2nd Tuesday of each month Prisoners of Christ holds a Mentoring Night. This is an evening of food, fellowship, and biblical conversation with men who are transitioning out of prison, jail, and addiction. No special approval is required, just a heart to talk to and love on these men and share the love and hope of Jesus.

This event recognizes and honors the dedication, compassion, and tireless efforts of volunteers involved in the prison ministry. These volunteers serve as instruments of hope, restoration, and spiritual guidance for incarcerated individuals, often going above and beyond to share Christ’s love. This breakfast is a way to express our gratitude for their service and encourage them to continue being light in dark places.
Additionally, the event acknowledges the vital support of their spouses or significant others, whose encouragement and sacrifices make the volunteers’ ministry possible.

Naples - Short Team Trips in September and October 2024
Naples is one of the fastest growing cities in Florida. Over half of the population do not have a Christian world view. Florida Church Planters has planted a new church in Naples and has asked CC to come give a helping hand! We'll be working with them on a couple weekends through September and October by helping to staff their services and welcome their congregation into their new church home.

American Red Cross Volunteer
Shelter Service Associates are needed to help support emergency shelters by staffing different areas including reception, registration, feeding, dormitory, information collection and other vital tasks. Train now to be a Red Cross Shelter Service Associate so you can answer the call when your community needs it most. This volunteer program will require 3 hours of virtual on on-site training with the American Red Cross.
