Benevolence Procedure and Guidelines

Loving Our Neighbors

Benevolence assistance at Christ’s Church is available to anyone who has been hit with a series of unfortunate or even tragic events. We, at Christ’s Church, want to partner with you and help you get back on your feet. The way we do this may vary depending on your current situation but know that we will get you going in the right direction no matter the situation.

How Do I Begin?

Good News! We have made this process simple for you. All you do is click the continue button and fill out the form. Please make sure you fill it out in its entirety. Some question may seem a bit personal, but all information is necessary to help us diagnose where we need to start.

What Happens Next?

Once you fill out the form a Pastor will be in contact with you to go over your form and assist you on your next steps in your journey through this time.

What’s the Goal?

Our goal is to be a helping hand and assist you in your temporary struggle and get you right standing in your life journey. Our goal isn’t to keep you in the struggle but pull you out of it in the name of Jesus! Whether its money, shelter or counseling we will try our best to get you where you need to be.

What’s Eligible for Assistance?

Monetary assistance is given for rent, power bills, transportation issues (car repairs/car payments etc.) We also assist with food and gas through various services. We are no longer able to provide funding for emergency housing but will assist by connecting you to a partner organization who specializes in transitional housing solutions. Other types of expenses may be eligible for assistance at the pastor discretion.

What’s Not Eligible for Assistance?

Cell phone bills, cable bills, plane tickets, credit card bills, clothing.
